Spicy Fried Drumsticks with Tangy Dipping Sauce. Im a novice at frying chicken. Even in my meat-eating days, it was never one of my favorite foods, so I never picked up the skill to properly make it. The one time I made a batch years ago, half of the crust immediately fell off. Well, lets just say I learned a lot about chicken frying after. Sure, it wasnt my best work. but technique aside, it was absolutely delicious.
